Congratulations to all those receiving examination results today. This cohort began secondary school during the interruptions and challenges of the COVID pandemic; and so achievements today should be particularly celebrated.
Pupils at Heathfield Knoll School in Wolverley are celebrating today after receiving some excellent GCSE and BTEC results. The class of 2024/25 achieved a 95% pass rate, with 50% of grades between 6-9 and almost 25% of all grades between 7-9.
They have been a delightful year group to teach, with some of them having attended Heathfield Knoll School since nursery. They have all matured over the years into wonderful young adults who are well prepared for the next stage in their lives. We wish them every success for the future.
Headteacher Mr Lawrence Collins commended the pupils, saying, “We are delighted with the results. They are fully deserved. Our pupils achieved these results as a result of hard work, perseverance and support from teachers and family members. Teaching is one of the most demanding and important professions of all – defining young lives, shaping futures, and setting the values, examples and memories that end up passing down generations. I thank all of the HK School family for their support.”
