Today at nursery the children have enjoyed tasting pancakes with different toppings. we had blueberries, raspberries chocolate sauce and golden syrup. They all thoroughly enjoyed trying the pancakes even if they did get very messy.
In Owl room the children made their own pancake mix using eggs, flour, milk and sprinkles. they enjoyed the sensory experience of placing their hands through the mixtures they had created.
To celebrate St David’s day We have painted our very own daffodils and explored our tuff spot of spring items.
In robin room they used the ingredient to create their own pancakes. they talked through what each ingredient was and why it went into the mix. the had opportunities to use spoons and mix their own mixture.
